One-of-a-kind October 🍁


The month of transformation, of colour and of conkers falling! Many of us have experienced a ‘one-of-a-kind’ early Autumn, as leaves turned crisp and fell from the relentless heat. Fortunately in this part of the world, the rain has long returned. The grass back to green, from brown!

And with autumn equinox just past, the longer days give way, to longer nights. A time of harvesting food and storing up our energy and resources for the colder nights ahead. It helps now to be more aware of the energy, we are invest in wellbeing. Engaging more actively in experiences, behaviours and habits, that promise greater health and happiness. To ourselves and those around us.

The 2nd day of October is a showcase for all that is great about communities, causes and human commitment, as thousands run, and many millions watch and fundraise, for the London Marathon. If you live near London, you’ll rarely find a spectator experience more inspiring! And then on 10th October, our attention turns towards World Mental Health Day, with its focus to “make mental health and wellbeing for all a global priority”. Needed now more than ever.
